    Join your local association, usual thing is you get a nuc of bees from them with the understanding that you will produce a nuc of bees when you can, to give back to the club for other beginners.

    I know someone with a large apiary, I' ll find out if he sells nucs/ queens. :)

    Living in Tipperary but would like to get a hive from outside tipp and as far as I know there are no bees for sale locally
