And German plates.. < They would have been fine only there was a break in the O,

Passed the smoke test no problem
Alright for a car with 200k miles on it.

SEAT's are spanish, thats why he failed the german plate :pac:

I have the original plates so they can go back on for the re-test.
Funny thing is i have a buddy in another test center that told me German plates are no problem.
Car before my one Passed with german plates on it also.. Had no Hyphens between the numbers and letters but had no "0" in the numbers.

Ah well,
Plates are not a problem, just glad I was advised about the Ball joint.

Were the plates only failed for the slash in the 0? Anything said about the slash in the 9?

I'v got them on my car and have 3 9s in the plate.

Mint is a understatment, alloys are very tasty. Its nice to have a car like that for a young fella without going over the top..

Failed on the 0 I would say.
There was a Volvo pased in front and it passed with German plates. Funny thing was he had no 0's and had 9's but had no hyphens.

He keep's it clean alright. Looking at selling the wheels actually.

Great little car for the age and miles.
Just had a look at the nct today for the smoke test.

Gave a reading of .410 /m or something and allowed is 3.00 /m from what I can understand, I have no idea what that means :P

Not bad for a car with close on 200k miles on it
He stripped out the interior as well and fitted cupra seats,

If I had the money,,I wouldn't say No...Gorgeous car..

I only asked as I had the older version of it..1997 model..The hatchback..And I have one or two parts here for it that I never used.

Thought if it was the same one I could have donated the parts.

Swapped them
There was a gap in the 9 as well. Not worth the chance.

mine passed twice with german font and no hyphens.. 05 LS 3710 so 2 gaps
