TV3 Frozen

TV3 picture has been frozen on Sky & UPC (Digi & Anal) for the last 20 minutes. Audio is ok but the picture is frozen with Brian Hayes on the Vinnie B show (hosted by Sam Smyth). Currently ads audio going out. Incredibly unprofessional
