    Hi
I have installed a saorview/fta combo box in my sitting room with a hdmi cable to the tv next to it,i want to connect an additional 6 tvs off this box .My question is what do i need to do this?I'm thinking of using a triax tri link connected via scart from my combo box and a coax from rf1 on tri link to a splitter or distribution amp in the attic where i can connect the rest of the tvs, will this work?and is this the best way to go about it?Many thanks.

What to have described will work exactly like that... But i'll ask why would you do that. You will have only the same channel that the combo box is on available on the other 6 tv's. So all 7 tv's will be watching the same channel.
Another option would be to loop the saorview signal from the loop through on the combo box to the rf in on the tri link which will give you the option of watching the saorview channels as an alternative in the other 6 tv's if you add a simple saorview box or saorview tv at a later stage piece by piece. Minimizing the initial cost outlay.

    Thanks for the quick reply
By feeding the rf in on the tri link from the combo loop through ,i presume id have to have a saorview tv or box in the other rooms to receive saorview? At the moment all the other TVs are old and it would be quite expensive to purchase a box for each tv,also when i feed from rf out on tri link to coax cables in the attic do i need to use a distribution amp or would a splitter be good enough?

That's why i said you could add saorview equipment (either tv's or boxes ) at a later stage piece by piece minimizing cost.
As far as whether you need an amp or splitter it depends on what quality cable you have in place. I will add that the tri link does have variable gain on it so you might get away with a passive splitter.
