Air compressors reduced to 69 euro from 129 in both Carlow Aldi stores. No home should be without one ! I assume its nationwide .All the accessories are gone though , so you'll have to wait until they have them in again. Usually about every six months or less.

great bang for the buck those aldi compressors..I got one for €35 last year as it was ripped open and the filter was missing.

The airtools are half price in Galway..got the nail gun for 12.99...used it on some garden stuff and its a solid bit of kit..quite impressed :)

Have you tried returning without the receipt?
I've found them great for the returns, receipt or not.

I had a simular one of these a few years back from aldi, nearly sure it was €99 at the time but it couldn barely crack a wheel nut off a car so I brought it back.

I'm wondering if this is the same model again or if it's more powerful does anyone know?

if you payed by card they accept that as proof of purchase also, even though the laser debit card statement probly only gives amount spent, not what items it was spent on.. happened myself lately, great to deal with

Thats more to do with the impact gun than the compressor the aldi impact gun has very low torque. The old hose was rubbish too. Bear in mind that a decent impact could easily consume 900l per minute at load so you can't expect to operate it for long with a 2.5HP 25L compressor. Its horses for courses.

    Thanks OP
Picked up compressor, filter, extension hose and nailer in Palmerstown.
Seems to be a good place to pick up items that have sold out in other stores.

    Just give them a bell
I've found them to be very helpful in locating stock in cases like this.

Its called the manifold, there should be a support number in the manual that you can gt part through usually very reasonable too. Looks like brittle ****e, tons on ebay.com not many in europe.

Item no.26 on the attached link; distributor

    http://www.einhelltools.co.uk/product-list.php?pg1-cid1266.html

I rang them last week and currently out of stock, due in 2/3 weeks from when I rang, think it was £16 plus delivery, so reckon aprox €25/30.

    Hope this helps

I added a link to a chinese one, you can ask them what size the connectors are chances are they're the same and you can swap your bits onto it.

Pipe taper, tapered threads are common on oil gas and air easier to seal. Taper is only a degree or so

Took the manifold off today and trying to measure the size of the pipe that connects to the compressor so I know which one to buy.
Do I measure the inside diameter of the pipe or include treads ( full outside diameter)

after 6 weeks of waiting for the manifold it turned up this week, pure load of crap. Anyone know how to make up a single regulator and one outlet that would fit the compressor.

hmm, saw these compressors last year and missed them at the sale price, I see Lidl have two types and it makes me think Aldi will have thiers out soon again?

Although Im concerned when I see these problems with the manifolds
