Hey, I left my car in service on friday, they never call me back and not keep updated. They kept saying they can't find problem, now when they found it on saturday they said they will call me back on monday, never did, so I called them asked how is car going, they said they will check and call back, 20 mins, no one called back. it's just that they keep saying they will call or contact me yet I end up being the one who calls always.
What should I do? Should I just go, get my car and go to different service or what? It's just so annoying.

Go talk face to face with them is what I'd be doing.

You say it's in for a service, but also mention a problem? A service should be very quick and easy to do, if you went in with a problem, it would be good to know what it was.

Service isn't equal to steering problems.

But at any rate, I would call out to them if they are dismissing you over the phone. And ask them what the problem is, what the plan of action is and that the ETA is going to be.

Finding a steering problem still shouldn't take that long but describing having a steering problem diagnosed as 'service' is incorrect and very misleading.
