I got JSA during 2011 and then returned to college last September with no form of SWelfare. Question, is if I sign on for this summer before returning in September will I automatically get JSA or is it means tested? Just trying to get my head around things! I was only recently made aware of the fact that I may be eligible…

I was only recently made aware of the fact that I may be eligible for SW during my summers as a Mature Student, thanks.
Is UP6 the form? Am I right in thinking it's fairly easy to reapply if you return within 12 months of the last claim?
