I have a quick question for car modders

I'm picking up a 2010 Santa Fe commerical this week, I would love to swap out the horrible black cloth seats for some leather ones. The original seats are wired for airbags but are otherwise manual,

Is it much hassle to do it, I will be looking to put non airbag manual seats back in, I can get a set from the breakers at small money.

Will there be much to do to change over the seats, i have never changed seats etc before.
