Drive shaft VW Passat B6

Folks, I think the drive shaft is gone on the left side of the car. An awful sound coming from the left side of the car when I put it into gear. Clutch seems fine but awful to drive. I put the car up on the jack and turned the wheel. A lot of noise coming from drive shaft
