    The one which is harder to get into would typically be on top.

    I know it's too late but...

    UCD has the second best reputation in Ireland, behind UL, for this course. UCD also has he new sports facility open, and have very close links with Leinster Rugby who are now based on campus. CIT's general facilities wouldn't be able to compete, but can't comment on the teaching standards in either.
