now take this with a grain of salt but if it was "brill" wouldnt you be boosting that you called them in to 5-50 yards:D jesus you could call a fox into 150yards with a squeaky doll.....just my thought:pac:

    *edit* £30.00 :O for it

This Nordik caller is a simple copy of the PEE WEE call and the Pee Wee costs about a 1/3 of what the nordik costs
with the Pee Wee you get an instruction book and spares reeds and some other bits
As Spunk says a feckin squeaker out a kids toy will do the same

take this with a pinch of salt as i said i got one in at 50 yards thtas what you call field craft but i decided to get the 200 yards as it is a nice little long shot plus the fact i got in 2 cubs and one big dog fox in but i only took the cub anyway as you all know cubs not great for calling in as they never heard the call before and they just juvenile to the call anyway its good to get them in as well i think i could be wrong bout the young fox not coming in but thats my experience

pee wee call looks very good but where the nordik call is already pretuned small slots in it from a mouse up to long range rabbit call also another call up at the very top of the caller sounds a lot like a big sika stag whistle i could be wrong any way i have to say im happy with it in my opinion

Cubs are in my opinion much easier called in than adult foxes especially when they start hunting by themselves. The problem I find with them is that when you get them coming in they won't bloody stop. Only happened again last night when I was out with lb1980. We nearly fell over the bog pod when he literally ran right up to them. (got him eventually) I've had them run right into my feet. The other big problem with calling in cubs is that there tends to be more than one and if you cannot shoot them all you are left with very cautious foxes that will be very difficult get again.

i use the fox call uk €10 at the game fair find it very effective. Get young fox's in to within yard's. the older foxs wont stand for any caller due to to many lamping and missing handy shot's.

Yeah nearly made a bollox of that, that caller worked great in the high wind, real raspy sound from it,Moby30 called and when we flicked the light on the ****er was running at us fast before we could do anything he was at the tripod, pulled the gun to shoot point blank and the sling caught the rest,he than ran back a few yards and Moby called again so rested the rifle again and when he stopped went to pull the trigger and a gust of wind blew the tripod and gun so had to steady again and lucky enough he stopped again and got him.At another den were Moby has taken 3 cubs and a vixen ,there is another 2 cubs knocking around and they are pure cagy, they know the all the callers, and just run like **** when they hear them, think a bit of sitting around that den in camo is needed

The new one ,it gives a real raspy sound , but it takes practice to use , prepare for pains in your jaw and head and nealy passing out while you learn how to use it.

i heard that is very very hard to use indeed it was on field sports britain one time took a lad nearly 2 weeks to get a grip on it
