    Hello my fellow Nintendo fans..

I sit here before you tonight to ask for your help.
I am 600 club nintendo points short of the 7500 needed to get the Game & Watch Ball game.
I have saved as many as I can but still fall somewhat sort.
Please, if you have some unscratched points cards please forward the codes to me, but only if this is a thing you don't collect yourself,
    Thanks lads (and lassies).

You'll have 600 by the end of the year, all you need to do is buy paper mario and layton or lm dark moon or nsmb2.
Also, third party games have them now.

It took me 5 or 6 years to get my SNES Virtual Console controller.

    Ah, I know!
    It's just....
    To be so close!

Anyhow, just finished BF3 on the 360, now all I am thinking about is trading it in at Smyths for 18 euro and getting a 3DS game, with points!
Problem is, I have pretty much everything on the system already!

Only thing I haven't got is Starfox 64, had it once, not so hot, maybe willing to give it another shot.
But I'll be buying it over Ridge Racer Unbounded, Witcher 2, Mass Effect 3, and so many other great games....

    Bugger!

    I'll PM you a batch later - I don't use them.
How many scratchies do you need for 600 points?

    Not sure,
3DS games and Wii titles are 250 a piece, and I need 600, so....
    Three should cover it... thanks!

    Why don't you use them?
    Just curious.

Apart from maybe the game & watch stuff, the rest doesn't really interest me.

I lost interest when they put the year limit on them.

From what I remember, you can't register the same game twice, so you'll have to get codes for games you've not already registered.

Much of it is pants, even the Game and Watch DS carts they offer are not a patch on the Game and Watch gallery carts for the GB/C and GBA tbh.
At least they give you the original and remakes of each of the games on, and there tend to be plenty to choose from on each.
The Club Nintendo titles have 2 games, not remakes and one has a mash up of the two regular titles into an original game.
Not the best way to spend your points.
The Game and Watch Ball reproduction is amazing though, and a G&W is the one thing I don't have in my collection.
You never know with Nintendo, they can withdraw items from the line up at anytime and I want mine before they're gone!

I am now up to 7050 points thanks to some questionnaires I didn't fill out, only 450 to go!

... and pretty naff, IMO. Sorry! :o

If you want some points, let me know. I probably have about 6 unscratched codes if you're interested.

Free crap is still free crap :pac:

Only worthwhile thing I've ever managed to save up for was a little Pikmin plush. Spent the reset of it all recently in Kid Icarus AR cards.

...and that's how he got all those points :)

[/pride][/highground]I'll happily take any spare points going too though.

I got the Mario and Luigi car window shades. They do get a lot of attention from other people's kids and jealous dads which I find oddly gratifying, but the driver's side rear window becomes about 80% opaque making most lane changes and motorway slip-roads into more of an adventure than maybe I'd like. They do shade the kiddies well though.

I wouldn't say it's all crap! My friends said I was wasting my time saving up for the 15000 star Zelda Twilight Princess statue, but they were quietened when they saw it in all it's glory!

Just so you know you can pick up points on eBay pretty cheaply, so keep an eye on there if you're close to something you want.

I thought the same thing, but for some reason it disappears for several days or weeks at a time but reappears again pretty often. I was checking daily for about three weeks before it reappeared.

It's quite possible all 3800 statues created have been bought now though, as I think my statue is 36xx/3800.
