    Hi all,

    A challenge!

A friend has asked for help to recover an old pic of his grandparents for a family occasion Monday/Tuesday.

I don't have a laptop with photoshop or lightroom with me, all at home, and Im sure somebody here is far more skilled than me at this type of recovery :o

    Could anyone give a hand?

Im waiting on a better copy as this one seems extremely small! (Pic Attached for ease of download, let me know if putting it on Flickr would suit better)

If anyone can help in the meantime it would be much appreciated

    Many thanks
    Ronan

Got back onto my friend. apparently this is the only copy of it there is

The man who made that copy made it too small and can't make it any bigger! He was his sisters photographer at her wedding six months ago

Going to need a high resolution copy of the photo to be able to do any real work to it. The one attached is much to small to do anything with.

If you can scan a high resolution version and save to Flickr then its possible to do something. As it stands nothing can be done I'm afraid.

As you seem to be very time constrained I've just thrown it through GIMP and done a smart resize. It is by no means good but maybe it will be the best you can get in the time needed.
