17 Reasons To Be EXTREMELY Concerned About The Second Half Of 2012.

Has anyone considering stocking up yet. :)

Was the Ulster Bank crisis a test of what is yet to come?

"What is the second half of 2012 going to bring? Are things going to get even worse than they are right now? Unfortunately, that appears more likely with each passing day.

I will admit that I am extremely concerned about the second half of 2012. Historically, a financial crisis is much more likely to begin in the fall than during any other season of the year.

Just think about it. The stock market crash of 1929 happened in the fall. “Black Monday” happened on October 19th, 1987. The financial crisis of 2008 started in the fall".

    RTDH -

I've only read the first few of these things but a lot of it either reflects on a lack of knowledge on the part of the writer, or else shows that s/he's counting on a lack of knowledge on the part of the reader.

    Examples:

    2. JP Morgan - I've no idea what level their trading losses will reach, but even if it does hit $9 billion and require a bailout, €9 billion is loose change to the Americans. We've put in about 6 times more into our banks.

    3. Derivatives - the $2 trillion dollar figure is impressive, but remember that derivatives are a zero sum game. If Bank A loses a million, Bank B makes a million. And there's a huge amount of hedging going on, so that if Bank A loses a million to B, then C and D will pay bank A half a million each - and so on. So ultimately it will nearly all cancel itself out, and for every loser, there will be a winner.

And so on. I won't take the time to go through every point but you get the idea.

From a CT perspective, there is a well-known phenomenon of market participants putting around scare stories/good new stories to try to drive markets/shares/commodities up/down. I would be much more interested in finding out who is behind this website and why they are interested in driving down the market values.

The guy who claims to be behind the site doesn't give anything other than a first name, but states the following:
I do not belong to a political party. In fact, I rip both the Democrats and the Republicans pretty good. I am a very strong Christian, but I believe that most of the churches in America have gotten way off track. I believe that God is raising up Christians that will do things the way that the first Christians did things.

I am also a writer, a speaker and an activist. If you would ever like me to contribute to a book or speak at a conference please let me know.
I find it odd then that he doesn't give a full name.

He also claims to be behind this very similar site: http://endoftheamericandream.com/

Of course, another possibility is that he is simply cashing in on the market of people who like to read this type of stuff and makes his money out of the advertising that you see plastering his site.

A WhoIs lookup shows that the guy is concealing his identity.

#18 - school goes back -when? IN THE FALL!

Also, note the name "Fall!" Not rise, upward, concave up...

    It's inevitable!

Listening to that, it reminds me of somebody talking about weather systems and their actions as if they are being choreographed by a global weather elite. I can also imagine Angela Merkel being rather dismayed to learn that she's outside the 'global power elite'.

    <Several Examples Later>

So he's putting his trust in a shady person or group of people with a hidden agenda, who mask their real name(s) and intentions but claim to be doing what they do for the greater good.

God damn, but that's some delicious ironing right there.

    Moon! Pah!

There is no moon! It's a hologram, projected from the pyramids at Giza by the illuminati.

Foolish sheep can't recognise a simple illuminati illumination!

So regarding the whole '2012 phenomenon' ... I don't believe anything media, or 'new media' says, I just look around and deduce things for myself. The Occupy Movement thing is something that is very interesting.

De-centralizing is the name of the game for 2012 and onwards. People are hopping off Facebook in their droves, moving their money from banks to Independent Credit unions, buying **** on the net with E-Gold (bitcoin), and I could go on.

We're not quite there yet (The Singularity), but it's great to see it in its baby stages.

The world is indeed a ****ed-up place, but it doesn't need to be. We are seeing results...Piece by piece, these animal bankers and monopolists will be disassembled. Not destroyed, just broken down, into tiny pieces.

Nothing is going to happen, not the rapture, not some "big change", not some dramatic overhaul of society.

The internet and unrelated selective events just helps people validate these kind of psychological beliefs.

Sorry, but 2013 will not be dramatically different from 2012.
