    Right looking for some advice.

Have a really small Iqon Pc that Im thinking of making into a headless media server/streamer.

Since this is a first attempt I`ll be needing some advice.

    So firstly.
    The specs are as follows.

    Its a p4 2.8
    1gb Ram.
    80Gb drive.
The board is a mini itx board with Tv out and the case will take 2 3.5" drives.
Im going to put 2x 1Tb drives in it for media.

    Heres what info I need.

    What O/s?
I have access to a genuine copy of WHS 2008 or windows 7.

What I need is the following.

    It needs to be headless.
It needs to be able to stream a plex or other server from my network to other devices namely Roku,Ps3 etc.
I need to be able to remotely log in and start a download.

    So any help appreciated.
