Aura leisure centre Trim

I'm thinking about joining this gym but after using my free five day trial pass, I've got a few reservations about the place, eg no sinks in the changing rooms so I can't have a shave if I go to the gym before work, gym feels very warm despite the claims that it's air conditioned. These aren't deal breakers though but I'd like to hear if there are any other negatives before I commit to joining.

    Thanks

Have you tried Knightsbrook? It's a smaller gym but I like it, it's just outside Trim on the Dublin road. I know the ladies have sinks, hair dryers showers etc in the changing rooms. Not sure about the mens though

I like the Aura gym in Trim. I use it once or twice a week. I normally go around lunchtime. It is only 5e to go between 1 and 4 I think.
I used to be a member but it was working out too expensive.
I like the staff there aswell.

Aura is just a few minutes from my job so it's handy.

I think it's badly designed though with separate changing areas for the gym and pool. I mean, if I go to the gym and then decide I want to go swimming (or vice versa), I have to use a diferent changing area? Any other gym I've been in like Total Fitness and Jackie Skellys, had the same changing area for both and you just used different doors to go to the gym or pool. Saying that, the staff in Aura are a lot friendlier than Total Fitness or Skellys who were ignorant and rude a lot of the time.

+1 for Aura... nicer staff and better pool in my opinion.
