forgive the stupid question, but when you say handicapped according to license i presume anyone with a leisure license (but purchasing a competition license on the day) will be grouped together?

Would this be a silly thing to enter for someone in their twilight years who hasn't raced before? Know that route pretty well even though I left the county many moons ago. Route really tempting!

I should clarify, should have said veteran years, do plenty of club spins, 100km etc have done WW200 etc this year but have no racing experience. Am I likely to watch all the better riders zip past me and complete the last 30k on my own? Cause if so I could come down anytime and just go round myself, and not be getting in everyone's way on Friday!

No you should enter, this is the first year and the interest so far has been from all types of riders,
