Advice on graduate jobs/opportunities

I have a Polish friend who has a degree in Accounting and a masters in Finance. She worked for a few years in this sector in Poland before moving to Ireland about 6-7 years ago. Her English wasn't great when she first arrived but it is extremely good at this stage, she even has a better vocabulary than many Irish people I know as she is constantly reading books. Anyway she has been working as a general operative in a medical device factory for the last 5 years, it was all that she could get when she came here. I think with her qualifications she could be doing something with better pay and prospects, especially now that her English is more than good enough and the fact that she has a great work ethic.

So does anyone have any advice on what options are available to her? What is the story with these banking graduate programmes, would she have a chance at that? Are there any other graduate programmes/jobs/opportunities that it would be worth her while pursuing?
