Works between Gibson and O2.

Anybody know what works are going on in the square between the Gibson hotel and the O2? They have it dug up now for a few months and this morning they where taking down the entrance to Harry's Bar. Surely this square was only laid two years ago or less it shouldn't need such extensive excavation again?

I don't know but im sick of it as my apartment is beside it and the nosie of the works is a pain in the ass.

I'm hoping it's a strip club though.
