Hi, I lived in Abbey Wharf, North Mall, worked out at around 78 per week, a bit over your budget but its the cheapest student accomodation I know of, maybe worth checkin out? I though it was grand now, for the price anyway.
Included bins, electricity, wifi, heatin and all.

I think there was a place across the road but I dont know the name of it, if your familiar with Cork (or anyone else) Its a pink building beside the Mercy hospital. Anyway Im not sure how much it was but I think it was fairly reasonably priced. Wasnt the nicest place though, but was central enough, fifteen min walk to college etc.
