I had a deposit paid on the sale of my house 6/7 weeks ago.The engineers report wemt through in the last day or so, any one know how long it should take for close of sale?My solicitor just says theres so much to do without commiting to any rough estimate, its a cash buyer that is starting to try and push it and i dont want…
