If a sat dish is located very close (as in within a metre and at roughly the same height) to a DTT aerial will it have an impact on the dish's ability to pick up a signal??

Not sure. But I found with my aerial mounted on same pole as dish, behind dish and pointing away from it, I could not get Saorview.
Raised aerial above dish a small bit and all ok.

Maybe it was me, so not 100% sure????????????????

Is the aerial protruding into the dish signal path? Maybe post a pic or a diagram if you want a definitive answer.

Not for me. Mounted only cms apart. Zero impact. Dublin.
