Heyo. I was hoping to get a quick answer to a billing question. I have been an Eircom Phone and Broadband customer for about two years now and I have always paid my monthly bill through Direct Debit.

I was wondering though if it is possible for me to cancel said debit and pay through the post office instead? If I can will this incur a security deposit despite the fact I have proven myself a reliable customer for over two years of timely payments?

    Thanks in advance.
