    Dora's Sister - 5.00 Newcastle - 9/2

With the ground on the heavy side at Newcastle Im expecting this mud lover to run really well, last time out on this sort of ground she came 2nd to Gabriel's Bounty (1 1/2L), albeit off a full stone lighter. That horse is now on a mark of 85 while Dora's Sister is running today off 63, it was 61 when finishing behind Gabriel's Bounty. Last 2 runs was over 8f and it didn't suit, today's run is over 7f which should be ideal. Fingers crossed!

Oil Strike to be honest deserves to be the outsider of this field on his form this year, but he did look a bit better last time out and all his good runs last year were on soft ground. It’s a gut feeling selection that he might be about to strike at a good price. He is down to a very workable mark and with a 7lbs claimer on tonight hes worth a small bet at a huge price.
