Don't know of any that will do all three in one app.

I use myNZB for sab, SB ctrl for sickbeard and iCouchpotato for couchpotato.
iCouchpotato is only on cydia i think. The other two are in the appstore.

Thanks fergalom. I actually came across Qouch myself the other day. It doesn't have Headphones support but does a good job with SickBeard and CouchPotato.
