MicroSD for nokia 6300 locked

    i have a nokia 6300, never had a password set on my microsd chip
    its a 1gb sandisk microsd , used for nokias mainly i think

    anyway i have two chips here, the 1gb has all me music on it, the other a 128mb which is so low has nothing on it, but recently my old nokia 6300 broke and i got a newer one
    inserted my 1gb chip and it shows like a padlock on it and is asking for a password even though ive never had given it a password,
    but the 128mb is working fine on it and is not asking for any password

    any help please i would greatly appreciate it
