Could somebody please explain why a member of a County Council found guilty of corruption and sentenced to six years in prison should have the last two years of the sentenced suspended. Found guilty, sentenced to six years, he should do six years. The laws regarding sentencing in this county are a joke, but then again, who judges the judges?

Judicial Review is another mechanism for judging judge in the even of procedural issues, e.g. bias.
