Weather looks really good for Sunday - so should be a great day in Wicklow :)

Nothing better to do this Sunday, what are the refreshment stops like does anyone know, seen an e-mail this morning saying they were in Laragh and at the finish. Might have been slightly better if it went down the coast road rather than the N11 though but no harm, I just don't like the N11, 0% chance of rain according to weather.com

Did this last year and really enjoyed it.... bray wheelers love their 20k on the side of the N11 :D its a bit of pain but you get it out of the way early and then you're into the really quiet roads of wicklow. food stops were full of goodies last year. i ate like a horse. might try do this myself if i can get up early enough

They do indeed, could never figure out why, try and knock it out of the way quickly then, headwind after that but it should be tail wind for the return half.

The food stop is at the Brockagh Centre in Laragh - as you come into Laragh from Rathdrum Road turn left and the entrance is about 200 metres on right.

    Food all homemade!

    Also food at the finish

The N11 is used because the normal meeting point for club spins is in Kilmacanogue, but some club members join in at various points between there and Coynes Cross.
As regards the Coast road, that is a nicer option, but with the hoped for numbers and the nature of the Coast Road, especially as some motorists believe they are rallying when using it, the Main road is a safer option
