    hey


    if I have the basic 17 Channels that come with Cablelink/NTL/UPC Analoge.
    And if i want to change the room they are recieved in (say from the sittingroom to the kitchen, Other then changing the cable, is there a Easier way of changing Rooms? Recievers or anything?

    You're right, it is a stupid question. What exactly are you asking or can't you just extend the cable?

    Wireless extenders can be used with Sky Boxes or cable set top boxes to transmit one channel at a time from one room to another.
    But I presume you don't have one of those.

    If you had an old VCR you could use it in a similar way something like this.

    (not recommending that model, just first to come up when I googled)

    Set up a VCR in the living room and use it to transmit one channel at a time the kitchen.
    i.e. whatever channel the VCR is tuned to can be viewed in the kitchen.

    I wouldn't recommend it unless you are desperate, a bit of a pain to operate.
