    Hi

Im not sure what the technical name is for this switch but its the main switch for my oven, the red switch on the wall. The red light has gone off and the oven is not working, it switched off while the oven was on for about 10 minutes. Is there a fuse in this switch or do I need to get an electrician out. No trip switches have been tripped and there is no power outage in the area!

    Thanks

Well turn off the cooker mcb and back on just encase it tripped and doesnt look like it did. Failing that then the switch is prob dead and has arced itself in the off position and so a replacement will be needed.....
