megane stuck in test mode

I put my car in test mode by mistake I couldn't get it out off it so I had to disconnect the battery it did the job. Can someone tell me wat test mode actually does and how to get it off in future. Ty

u can get it out of test by pressing in the reset on the trip odometer.

Think u put it into test mode when connect diagnostic equipment to it
