BB: CS 1.03 update - Does this include the 3 DLC characters?

Hi all. I've been on and off BB since CT but I'd like to give it a proper bash again, if even just to play through the extensive storyline campaign. I've read in another thread somewhere that this 1.03 update includes the 3 DLC characters? (Valkenhayn, Makoto and Platinum) So is this true that I won't need to buy those DLC…

Hi all. I've been on and off BB since CT but I'd like to give it a proper bash again, if even just to play through the extensive storyline campaign. I've read in another thread somewhere that this 1.03 update includes the 3 DLC characters? (Valkenhayn, Makoto and Platinum) So is this true that I won't need to buy those DLC characters to use in CS? I'd expect it would since the download is quite big at 760 MBs (its a large download for me anyway)

BB:CS has the characters available for purchase via DLC

BB:CS Extend has them for free but on disc only.
