help needed on 3 day a week situation

    Hi hopefully people can help me here.
    I was put on a 3 day working week 18 months ago where i work. Since then i got a weekend job to help pay the bills. I had to leave this job recently as they changed my working hours making it impossible to keep both jobs. I would like to know would i be entitled to a job seekers as im back working only 3 days.

    You should be, but as you left the 2nd job you might be stopped from receiving a payment for 9 weeks.

    If you can prove you 'had' to leave the 2nd job then you may be entitled to apply for JSA /JSB for the other 2 days.
