    Hi all,
Are there any Stihl Strimmers or Brushcutters which have the same type of engine as the professional chainsaws?

    Thanks

Don't know about the same type of engine but they are a serious bit of kit. Mind you, have you considered a 4stroke brushcutter/strimmer? Honda make a good one and torque a plenty;)

Honda UKM 435 is a beautiful strimmer, 4 stroke, quite as a mouse, no need for mix.
Had a Oleo mac for about 10yrs, great strimmer too.

Thanks Guys. Let me look at Honda also. It's just I have a prof saw from Stihl so maybe wanted to stick with the brand.

Stihl, dolmar & huskies are the king when it comes to saws but other brands excel in different implements. For eg. Briggs and stratton and honda lawnmowers are bullet-proof. We have an old oleo-mac brushcutter for I don't know how many years and it never gave trouble and has alot of hours on it. Having heard good things from them new honda 4-stroke brushcutters they are worth checking up and Honda have a fantastic dealer suport;)
