I know the funding is made through the school and not means tested for the student but what does it cover.

If the student has transport problems would it cover bus/ train fair erc. What about books, library's only lend for a period of time and the student may need longer to read it.

    Any advice is welcomed .
    Thanks cathy

In NUIG , your library book will be to 3 weeks for most books, I do not think bus/train fair would be covered but it all depends on your disability. You can check it on the collage website , what may or may not be covered.
