I bought a voucher for a water filter jug in march , I thought it would be auto-ordered but upon further checking I needed to use the voucher on a specific website to expedite / initiate the order.

The voucher is now expired (since middle of april)

I contacted the end company and they said they cannot do anything for me.

    Have not tried contact Pigsback...

Do I have any comeback or is it €48 down the swanny!!!

    Advice or comments welcome !!

If the company won't let you have the product after the expiry date there isn't much you can do but pigsback will give you a part refund in piggypoints. It says here you can get 70% of the value back in points

*70% back in PiggyPoints 30 days after offer has expired

A future tip is to put reminders to yourself about expiry dates of coupons like these.

e.g. on vodafone online I can send myself a text message but date it so it is not sent until several months from now. Or use the calendar things in gmail or outlook.
