    I think maybe that someone on a single track vehicle was failing, by behaving like a car, to benefit from the unique advantages available to them. Or else I'm missing something.

    What's going on with the lanes? There's one white line and like 4 lanes of traffic. Also, are they just laughing at someone not over-taking a truck for 2 minutes and 32 seconds? I was under the impression you weren't supposed to toke and drive.

    Why are the people sitting in the stopped car, apparently straddling two traffic lanes for reasons best known to themselves (or not, more likely), laughing at anyone? Presumably the laughter targeted at them from those in the moving traffic to their right must be louder still.
