I am thinking about placing an order for the first time just wondering if anyone else shops there and what they think? do orders come by standard post or driver and is the shipping quick? is the quality similar to penneys/new look or worse?

I get a lot of dresses there. The quality is what you'd expect for the price. They're extremely quick with delivery - eg I ordered last night at 8, it was dispatched at about 2am and I'm expecting it to arrive with the postman in the morning.

My favourite thing is that they have free returns, so I do big orders and then just send back whatever doesn't fit/suit for free. Refunds are processed really quickly too.

thanks, their dresses look lovely The cheap price suits me well because I usually only wear "trendy" things about 2/3 times before I get rid of them. will I have to sign for the parcel or will my post man just leave it with a neighbor? I'm never home when he calls (and it takes about 40mins to get it in the post office) so I try to avoid ordering too many things that need to be signed for!
