Repairing a nicked tubular tyre

I just bought my first set of tubs, these ones: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056651245.

On my second spin out on them I noticed the rear tyre has a slight nick but it isn't deflating. Can anyone tell me what the best approach to this is - should I seal the nick with Black Witch like I would a nick in a wetsuit? If it was a clincher I'd replace the tyre but obv that's a bit more of an issue with tubs and I'd like to get the hang of my own repairs.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
