Nikon In Tenerife

Hi, does anyone know of a reputable Nikon dealer in Tenerife? I'm thinking of buying my daughter a little s30 but wonder would it be worth waiting a couple of weeks till we're in Tenerife. I know the place id full of dodgy shops.

Well if you know the place is full of dodgy shops, why buy in Tenerife?!!! Get yourself along to Denis McSweeney down Oliver Plunkett Street and get one from there. At least you can take it back should it ever go wrong.

I don't know that you'd get any great deals on a remote island. If you where going to the likes of Tokyo or London it would be a good idea to see what kind of deals you could get. Or Birmingham actually, if your looking for a deal on anything Birmingham is the place to go.

I also know that there is an offical Sony retailer there. Surely or at least possibly there is a 'real' Nikon shop too. Not every thing sold in Tenerife is dodgy.
