Between one thing and another i need a new drivetrain on the bike. Felt F95

I currently have a mix of fsa and sora compact, with sti shifters\levers.

Thinking of moving up to 105, would it be suitable for the bike and the shifters and the main question would it be a durable solution do about 120km a week on the commute and then another 60-90 on the weekend (not all of them). Other option might be stick a tiagra triple on it?

Any other suggestions. money is a concern but not a massive one.

Presuming if its sora then its 9 speed, if so you will be limited in choice if you dont change your shifters. You can change your crankset to 105 or dura-ace for that matter and you wont have to alter any other items, as long as its the same size ie compact for compact etc otherwise chain length is a factor. If you replace a double crankset with a tripple - again chain length is an issue but you may also need a longer rear derailleur.

Same problem here, i have a giant defy 2 and need new cassette and chain and even though i would like to upgrade to an ultegra 10 speed i am limited in what options i have available for technical reasons. Without doing a pretty expensive comprehensive overhaul so it's more of a refresh for me. :(

needs a fairly significant overhaul so looking to replace the crankset, rear DR, cassette and chain.

Would the 105 and Dura Ace be okay with the STi shifters or is that just a personal preferance?

If the STi shifters are 9 speed then you will need a 9 speed cassette, a 10 speed crankset will be fine.
