Eircom not picking up the phone!

    I ordered a phone line with the Talktime unlimited package. When I received my first bill there was no mention of the package and I was billed for each call individually. I have been trying to call Eircom this morning about this but the phone just rings out. I have tried 1901, and two of the 1800 numbers, including the sales line.

    I would appreciated if one of the reps could contact me to sort out the issue.
