I'm stuck between doing the MSc in HRM in either of these colleges. Can anyone provide advice?

The primary issue for me is that UCD may be better known (especially internationally), but the UCD masters is also almost 5 grand dearer?

No one is ever going to employ you based on the school you went to. Whether you go to DCU or UCD simply does not matter. What matters is how much work you put into this, how motivated you are, how much you are willing get out of the course. There are differences between the courses of course, some are better and some are worse. But 80% is your own work, and 20% is the place where you go to. Chances are, if you did not go Stanford, MIT etc. the only thing that the degree gives you is an interview. The difference between DCU and UCD is negligible if you want to work abroad.
