Dressy summer coat

Hi
I'm going to two weddings in the next week and a half (and the Curragh, see other thread). I am sorted for dresses etc but not for a cover up. I had intended to wear a shawl but as the weather is miserable I would much prefer a nice coat- cream/ beige or any neutral colour. I'm a size 6 and would be grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction. I don't mind spending a bit on money as it would be a handy thing to have.

Definitely check H&M, I got a fab cream dress coat a few months back when I had two weddings lined up. Also try Oasis and Warehouse.

You could go with a nice blazer. It might look a little dressier and it'll still be warm. My sister got a lovely nude coloured one in bershka. They have nice ones in river island too

Thanks guys. H&M was one of the places I'd thought of but it's mid sale and there's no sign of any coats. I searched the town and just as I was about to go home, I called into Penneys and got one! It's a white coat with gold buttons and a collar. I would have been happy to pay more but it's pretty cute and at this stage it'll do. Thanks!
