    Hi,

two friends and I are looking for ideas of somewhere to go for a new days,

somewhere with a bit of sun
one of the girls likes cycling so would like to go somewhere that she could do some.

We are late 30's, bit of good food & weather, not party scene.

Open to travelling anywhere in Europe, within cost reason.

South-east Spain springs to mind if you like the heat, scenery and quiet!
Easternmost parts of Andalucia (Almeria province) and Westernmost parts of Murcia are very very scenic (desert, Cacti, blue sea backed by mountains, secluded beaches), cheap, quiet (compared to likes of Malaga) and I've seen many people cycling there!
