Dublin Barcraft is happening!

Hell, it's about time.

We are thrilled to finally announce our first Dublin Barcraft in conjunction with Captain America's Grafton street. On July 14th from 7pm we shall be airing the NASL Season 3 Grand Finals weekend from Toronto, Canada.

Join local gamers for food and drink as you cheer on your favourite Starcraft 2 pros in the battle for the NASL Season 3 trophy. The more the merrier, so make sure to spread the word and invite your friends to attend.

One day until Barcraft! \o/ Some last minute updates:
The event shall go on until around 2am.
Under-18s can attend, however they'll need to leave at 9 due to legal issues; the venue is classed as a bar so minors can't be there late.

Looking forward to meeting you guys there, 7pm sharp. if NASL meet the schedule we'll be opening with MC vs Puma in the Ro8. MC Fighting!

On a side note - it was easily one of the worst organised tournaments I've watched in recent times.
-awful stage
-AWFUL pop music being played - even over the player entrances
-Clutch trying to be a boxing presenter , and having some girl who did playboy hand out random prizes to people
-Videos of presenters in sumo suits ? ...wtf is that about...
-Interviews were poor , Mics not working etc

Compared to MLG / RedBull / GSL it really needs to get itself going.


The best thing by far ...apart from MC and Stephano, was SOE

Loads turned up. The room was pretty much full by the time I left. Had a chat with one of the CA staff and they didn't expect so many people.

The room was grand for the amount of people but having it on one of the tv's wasn't great if you were sitting far away. There was a projector there, so I am guessing they probably didn't think they would need it.

Cheers to the guys that let us watch the matches on their laptop when it was hooked up to the 1st tv.

It was great to see all the people show up. But I arrived late, it was overcrowded, 1 tv, so I left. Looking forward to the next one!
