My side button of this phone (for volume) seems to have jammed. Not literally, i can still press button but it has ceased to work

Now the phone is like it has been switched to Autofire. I have switched it off and back on (original i know) but this doesnt work and im out of ideas. Can you advise if you know what i should do. I like the phone and am a bit

You can add a widget to change between loud vibrate and silent. Browse through the HTC widgets. It's called Profile if I remember correctly. Should do you until you decide whether to send the phone for repair or now.
