Not a huge change from the 907 but we all knew that would happen anyway, 910 was such a huge hit. Looks nice but dont think il be changing from 910 for a while either way :)

Same as someone buying a new car, or a new pair of jeans every week. Its the way the world works dude. We dont "need" half the **** we have but its nice to enjoy it all at the end of the day

The 909 is still the nicest Titleist driver in the looks department.

The face looks cheap on this one.

i20 ftw, with that new Adams one a close second still.

Ah 910 is nicer cosmetically than the 909 imo, and every other way :) 909 great driver tho!!

Delighted with the new driver - coz it makes me happy to hold onto my 910. Not a big fan of the go faster stripes on the new face or the general red colouring. Bit cheapo looking. The leatherette headcover looks like it could match the interior from a 1980s BMW also. All of those things amount to small change of course in terms of the overall end product. But don't think I'd be in too much of a hurry to rush out for it. To be honest, I think they've hit a plateau in terms of performance from drivers at this stage.

I can see why they didn't call it the 911, but why skip 912?
Surely 913 could have been skipped with peoples superstitions over 13.

    It's ok if I don't get answers to this, I suppose I'll survive :)

Absolutely agree, tacky look. The 910 still rocks. (And will do as long as I keep hitting it straight :))

Cos the new irons are 712 so they had to to the next one so the new irons will be 713, im guessing

The 13 indicates the year they are released in, i.e. 2013.

Heard that too but really theyre out in 2012, theyre available late oct/nov, same as last year. Will be sticking with the 910 anyway

I think they do that so people think they are getting it early, ahead of the crowd etc.

Same, would have to be seriously better to get the 910D3 out of the bag.

I would expect its mostly marketing and is almost exactly the same as the 910 except for the paintjob. I do hope the see sense and have at least one setting dead square in this driver, but there was no mention of any changes in the settings. Titleist drivers are always popular so it will probably sell well.

What's the likelihood of a drop in price of the 910 once this is released?

Is likely- really depends on how well it sells and if the general concicse is that it is better than the 910.

Used 910's will drop in price for sure.
