Hi, I'm on the BTEA and have been switched to JSA for the summer. I have to go to the UK for two days this week for personal reasons, so will not be available for work on sat and mon. I looked online and the form says I have to give ten days notice of holidays. Does anyone know if I will be refused? I realise the rules are…

Fill in form up30 the dept are not unsympathetic when it comes to personal issues.
