Paying tax or not????

Hi hope someone can help my husband is working in Belgium for an Irish company gave all his details for prsi tax etc but no sign of payslips of them I've rang said they having a disput with the CIF pension board and trying to see who wants to pay in to it and who doesn't found this odd as I thought it was mandatory to pay…

If he is paying Irish social security he can be exempt for Belgian tax purposes
